Estimate requests

Submitting the contact form or sending a message does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee availability, scheduling, pricing, or acceptance of work. Service details, timing, and any commercial terms must be agreed separately.

Website information

AK’s Landscape aims to keep public service and contact information useful and current. General educational content may not account for every yard, site condition, local requirement, or project constraint. Use applicable authorities and qualified professionals for definitive regulatory, utility, safety, or site-specific guidance.

Project photography

Project photographs show examples of work supplied by AK’s Landscape. Every property and project scope is different; photographs do not establish a guaranteed result for another property.

Text messaging terms

If you consent to transactional or service-related SMS, messages may concern your request, estimate, scheduling, or related service communication. Optional marketing SMS requires separate consent, and marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
